Great location and Richard In reception was excellent. The Cable Car stop is close by.
Parking was $45 a night, but apparently that’s normal in San Francisco.

Location and rooftop garden
The $250 deposit taken from visa on arrival and still not returned yet, this should be included in the booking so you are able to plan for $$ needed for extras ( we have 4 stays so $1000 taken off visa, had not planned to not have that returned in a timely manner)

The unit was very well equipped and comfortable. The bed was super comfy!! Great location.
The room we had was at the rear and nice and quiet but it was also quite dark.

The location, the staff and the kitchen for sure! Room size and furnishings were comfortable for the two of us. We appreciated the stocking of the kitchen in terms of utensils, appliances, dishes and cookware. We also really appreciated how the bedroom curtains maintained a decent amount of darkness even when it was light outside. The time zone change and daylight savings time change really messed with our sleep schedule this time. So the blackout curtains were nice!
The bathroom was a little tight. But, understandable and functional for sure. We really wished that there was air conditioning in the unit. But, at least it was not hot during our visit and, eventually, we did learn that if we opened the bedroom window, some of the cooler air from the common area would come it.
