Location in relation to The Warf area couldn't be better. Breakfast was typical but was well maintained. Room was comfortable.
It would be nice if they provided a pet exercise area. Grassy area is a couple blocks away so doable.

The staff behaviour was polite, the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is ok, not many options. The location is convenient from Pier 39 (walkable distance). The surrounding area is good. You can visit Ghirardelli square, near restaurants.
Breakfast options can be enhanced.
The amount of a double bed is on higher side

Stayed with my family for three nights. The room was larger than I expected with lots of windows and a nice view. Beds were comfortable and there was a microwave, refrigerator with a small sink next to it that was helpful to have. Plenty of storage.
Staff was grumpy (with the exception of valet who were great). Felt ignored at check in and no one at the desk mentioned amenities, breakfast, or how to use the elevator. No help getting a cart for luggage either. The room was moldy and you could visibly see dust along corners and ceilings. Needs more maintenance. The television was hung crooked as well which was distracting. The breakfast room had a consistently sticky floor.
