Staff was great. Very clean hotel.
Over priced, also when I booked it said breakfast included and it’s not. Pool was out of service.

The hotel really spoilt us and we’re so extremely grateful. Had been traveling through the States and this was towards the end of our trip. It was also my hubby’s significant birthday and they upgraded our room and gave a few birthday surprises. So kind! Great location. Beautiful hotel, comfy beds, excellent staff at reception. Hotel has an elegant vibe and great view over city hall.
We loved Pasadena.
Included breakfast a little odd, you simply get a credit towards the Al a carte menu. We mistakenly thought breakfast would be a buffet.
