We had such a wonderful Easter Sunday staycation at Courtyard by Marriott! 🐣✨ From the moment we checked in, everything felt smooth and welcoming. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made traveling with kids so much easier. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for a little family getaway. The highlight for our kids was definitely the pool, they had the best time swimming and just being carefree. It really gave that “vacation” feeling without going too far from home. We also appreciated how convenient everything was, from parking to nearby dining options. It made the whole stay stress-free, which is exactly what you want for a family staycation. Overall, it was such a sweet and memorable Easter for our family. We’d definitely stay here again! 💛

This was our first experience with Courtyard in Pasadena, and I doubt we'll return. The staff member, Camila, greeted us without a smile during our late check-in around 9 PM. When we entered our room, we immediately noticed a foul odor resembling feces, prompting us to call the front desk to speak with Camila. After asking us to hold for just a moment, we were left waiting for over 10 minutes. With our two young daughters exhausted, we decided to visit the front desk in hopes of getting a new room key. Although Camila at the front desk saw us, she failed to acknowledge our long wait while assisting other guests. By the time it was our turn, it was already 9:45 PM. She spent about 10 minutes looking puzzled at the monitor and didn’t offer any answers until we inquired. Eventually, she informed us that our reservation was "disappearing" and asked us to wait. After some time, she found our reservation and bizarrely blamed me for using my middle name during check-in. This was perplexing since we’ve been hotel hopping for 14 days with the same last name. In short, she never apologized and simply handed us the room key. I am appalled by her attitude, which I found to be quite unprofessional. Thank you Camila for a lovely experience as we’ll never return to this courtyard again. What a shame as we love the location.

Arrived here for a couple of nights. Breakfast staff really friendly and chatty. We had to arrange a change of car because of a puncture and hotel reception staff were really helpful in letting us use the phone to contact Avis(problems with my esim). Good breakfast and room was very clean. No reason to not book.
