Everything was good

When you first look at the motel, you’ll think no way. When you meet the owners, it starts getting better. When you get to your room, it was clean, small but practical. If you need more than a bed, tv, small fridge and bathroom. Then this is not your place. But it’s comfortable and uber rides to just about anywhere in Pasadena was $6-$12.
Outside could use some work and fix broken items in the room

Price was a little high however location was good for going to Rose Bowl but no local restaurants in the area and we had to drive to get a bite to eat. Room had fridge and microwave and was very clean. Hotel doesnt offer breakfast nor accommodate late checkouts either.
No pool, no breakfast, no late checkouts, not in walking distance to restaurants.
