Easy location. Rooms were fully functional and attractive. High standards of cleanliness. Easy to park. We came during a lower occupancy time in the middle of the week.

I felt the price was a little high I stayed I. A quality in for 90 a night and yours was over 200 and the room at the quality in was nicer

Warm cookies at check in.

Our room was filthy upon check in (dog hair and dog food everywhere, yellow crusty stains on the bed, and to the paste and lotion all over the bathroom counter and mirrors). Front desk was notified of this and offered to move us to a different room. This room was just as dirty but also had a foul odor, so we chose to keep the original room. We needed a place to sleep. With all other hotels in the area having such poor reviews we chose to stay. Due to housekeeping not being there we had to buy our own cleaning products/disinfectants to clean the bathroom countertop/sink, mirror, and shower. We asked for new bed sheets due to crusty stains and also had to remove the dirty nasty sheets and put on the new ones. Doing all of this after check in made us late to our dinner reservation....annoying. The housekeeping staff was also calling the room and knocking on the door prior to check out time. Pretty displeased with this hotel. Even after staying multiple times a year for the last 6 years. Sad to see what it's become.
