Location and staff
Bathroom wasn't cleaned to my standard, i.e hair and dust balls. Bathroom vent did not work in room 615 and was clogged with dust. Door latch was hard to close and was noisy.

Breakfast was good, the pool was really nice and warm. My daughter made friends to swim with. The only thing is that our room didn't have hand soap but we used body wash. Staff was extremely kind and welcoming, which you don't see often.

The breakfast was mediocre. Not bad, not great.
There were issues with the water in my room. The water was cold, wouldn’t heat up. I understand they fixed it, but it was an inconvenience and made showering uncomfortable for a few days.
