A Young man Michael who checked us in was a great example of Awesomeness. I requested a early check in time. Our room (a suite) was not ready so he accommodated with a lovely room -129 on a lower floor and near pool.same value Im assuming, Absolutely outstanding & thankful . He went way beyond anything I expected. He treated us with kindness and wonderful conversation. Just to be clear, I do not know Michael, 1st time meeting him. Just want to give credit where due.
This was immaculately clean hotel. Nice warm atmosphere and relaxing setup in the lobby sitting area. Very quiet place, slept great, We were very impressed with everything this suite offered. Thank You All
The only few things I could say are maybe add another waffle maker its such a long wait in between guests. And No hot tub or a jacuzzi would been a added

Basically everything was good except the bed made it difficult to sleep and gave us a bad backache that took a couple days later before it was better. I'm afraid the bed is so important that it weighs very heavily in my rating. I was very disappointed.
