Only flaw was the pool not being open.

The room was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of items available. Excellent!

The curtains were dirty by the AC unit. The bath tub was very rusty inside the tub. No hot water, it barely got warm. We only stayed one night.

The room was clean and comfortable. Very convenient location to the casino, stores and restaurants.

I booked my reservation online and requested a ground floor room due to my husband being 66 years old with health issues; instead we were told that they were booked up and only had the 4th floor available but thank goodness there was an elevator there. The front desk clerk that was on duty upon check in wasn’t welcoming at all and it got worse from there. My husband was awakened by a loud noise then woke me up because blue lights were flashing in the hallway and the fire alarms were ringing on every floor. I called the front desk twice to see if there was an emergency evacuation taking place and nobody answered. So as my husband and I scrambled to get dressed I ended up going outside with a robe and jeans on! The second shift clerk was already outside and smoking a cigarette and not called for an evacuation! The fire marshal determined that it may have been caused by overheating of the elevator but the clerk tried to tell them that she thinks it was caused by her taking a shower in one of the rooms on the third floor. Yeah right 😒 I could go on and on but yall get the point. At the end of this I was refunded the money by the manager the following Monday, for my partial stay because my husband and I checked immediately after it was cleared for everyone to return back in, we checked out before 6AM that morning.
