I slept well even though it was noisy

This is a noisy facility. The walls are thin meaning you can hear things in adjacent rooms especially the TV. The people next door to me must have left there tv on when they left. Additionally there was a problem with the billing and no one at the facility was any help to deal with it. I finally had to protest the charge on my credit card. Seems like this business basically won't help to try and make extra money.

My stay at this hotel was pleasant and satisfying. For a weekend it very quiet and not much traffic.

The room, including the bed was clean and comfortable.

Worst hotel ever

The room it self was clean

On the website it says breakfast is included but there was no breakfast of any kind just coffee online it says they got a vending machine but no vending machine the TV was crappy all the channels didn't come in clear it had white lines all through them the AC barely worked I couldn't get it to cool more than around 74 or so the outside of the property was filthy some of the stairs were broken and just a yellow tape went across it. The guy in the office was not accommodating when I asked why there's no breakfast or why the vending machine didn't work he didn't seem to care at all. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel worst place ever I highly recommend going some were else it is a utter complete dump

Not far from a Carl’s Jr. ice machine worked. Air conditioner worked.

No pool. No breakfast. Dead and dying bugs 9 of them. Coffee pot in room didn’t work. Towel stained . No soap for sink only tub. Hair in tub. No microwave. Brown Stained sheets. No outside trash cans. No Kleenex. No outside area to sit.

I would never stay here ever again

The bed was ok

There were bugs, they didn't have breakfast which we paid extra for. The room wasn't clean and there were stains on the bed. The bathroom had mold all over it, there were stains on the toilet, there was hair in the bathtub that wasn't ours. We had 3 people staying in one room, and only 2 towels so we asked for a few more and we got one more and it was stained, our room reeked of marijuana when we got there as well. Our deadbolt was broken so we couldn't like our door, the bathroom door didn't close. No outside trash cans, or places to sit. The stairs had almost fallen off the second story. We didn't have a microwave and the coffee pot didn't work, only one bar of soap and our shampoo was almost home before we got there.

The linens were clean and bed was comfy

There was what appeared to be blood or chewing tobacco splattered all over the wall and ceiling, there was no tv remote and was given one after 2 complaints however it was not compatible with the tv/system. Ac only blew from one side. There is NO breakfast as advertised, the peep hole was an actual hole with tissue shoved inside... just don't waste your money.

Overall it was a good value

After I booked my stay I was told there was a lot of criminal activity there, & to make sure I kept my weapon close. My stay was surprisingly quiet. No loud people in the rooms next to mine or in the parking lot. Overall it was a good value, but the room could have been cleaned a little better.

One last night

Very comfortable bed the lighting in the room was very good you had two different options for bright or dim and you definitely could not hear the neighbors next door or above you not for sure if there was any in there but definitely no complaints on our end. Like the simple fact that we were able to park our car right in front of our room.

The fact that the room advertised online that It had a continental breakfast and pets were friendly. when we arrived we found out there was a $20 pet charge and no continental breakfast they were in the "process of transitioning things" as per the night clerk. Very unfriendly rude in fact and can hardly speak English. When we got to the rooms the microwave wasn't clean either was the refrigerator as well as parts of the bathroom, not to include that our bed sheets has cigarette hole Burns in it also found a couple of cockroaches there as well too.

Breakfast was supposed to be included, or it’s advertised anyway. Breakfast wasn’t included. There was no chair for the desk. When asked, was told “we don’t have chairs” the photos show chairs. Cops came because of some crazy lady.

They put me in 3 different rooms, room was supposed to be no smoking. The 1st room smelled like cigarettes overwhelming, 2nd room the bed linens were dirty and had hair, the 3rd room the bed linens were worse than the second room! So I left and went to another hotel, I forgot to mention that the second room also had live crickets in there, no telling what else! I should be Reimbursed for the room I didn’t stay in and for the inconvenience of having to find another hotel!!

it looked like it was being remodeled and we like the fact it was wood floor and not carpet. We were very please.

Exceptional

The bed was more comfortable than expected for a hotel bed. Everything was super clean and looked new. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. (They kept me stocked in coffee for my room since I drink it almost all day.) Conveniently located for the purpose of my visit. They also have some beautiful rose bushes on the property!

Had a noisy neighbor, but the front desk was kind about handling it. I also understand that there really isn't much the staff can do and it was in no way their fault. They did what they could.
