The staff and accommodations were top notch. Newly renovated 3rd floor. Breakfast was good.
We had to leave a day early due to a family illness. Staff and hotel unable to help because we booked through Booking.

They were remodeling so elevator was being renovated. Clear signs so not really a bother.
