I couldn't get my wheelchaired mom into a handicapped room because we booked with a third party. That's stupid.

Large, clean room and bathroom but no closet

Power went out for almost 6 hours

It was clean. The breakfast area was well kept. It was close to the highway and our event.

We experienced a very frustrating and disappointing stay. We arrived at 3:00 PM, the stated check-in time, only to find a long line and no staff at the front desk. We waited in line for almost 30 minutes before anyone even appeared, and during that time there was no greeting, no communication, and phones rang without being answered. It was unclear who was actually working, as staff were dressed in street clothes with no name tags or identification. Around 3:30 PM, a single staff member began assisting a line that extended out the door. We were eventually checked in but told no room was ready and asked to wait again. By 4:45 PM, with an event to attend, we were given a suite as the only available option unless we wanted to continue waiting. Unfortunately, the room itself was not acceptable. Instead of the double beds we reserved, the suite had one king bed and a pull-out couch. My 15-year-old son had to sleep on the couch, which was extremely uncomfortable both as a sofa and as a bed. The cushions were torn and visibly worn. Additionally, there were small black specks on the sheets on both the bed and the pull-out, which raised serious cleanliness concerns. The king bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were undersized and insufficient—there wasn’t even a proper pillow provided for my son. The room layout was also poorly designed, with the TV placed awkwardly so that neither the bed nor the couch faced it, making it difficult to relax. Breakfast was minimal. While adequate for some, my dietary options were limited to a banana and a hard-boiled egg. Overall, the experience reflected poor management, lack of organization, and substandard room conditions. Significant improvements are needed in staffing, cleanliness, and guest accommodations.
