This is a phenomenal little in close to everything you want in a beach community
Very clean and updated. Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants.
If I had to nitpick something, the showers are older and the shower head is too low for tall person.

Very noisy heater/air conditioner. It came on about every 15 minutes and sounded like a jet engine taking off. The Inn is located with 3 busy streets on 3 sides. Also it is not staffed at the front desk except for check in and that is strictly at 4 PM. Not anytime sooner unless you pay like $30-4o extra. Very little sleep was had. It was clean and that’s the best I can say about it.

The mattress had a very deep dip in it and the floor had two holes in it. Two very detractive factors. My back is still
The office check in person was wonderful. The furniture and sheets were excellent.
It is across from a bar and when they close at one o’clock in the morning, the people walk by the window screaming and yelling loudly for about the next 15 minutes. The window is right on the sidewalk.

Unfriendly receptionist. We had also asked for a crib for the room for our baby. When we got there there wasn’t one in the room. The receptionist said she would look for one but never got back to us and was nowhere to be found.

If location is most important, then it’s a good choice. Otherwise stay somewhere else.
Location The rooms had been updated nicely since my last stay.
Traffic noise - should be able to mitigate some of this with better seals around the windows and doors (I could see daylight along the bottom edge of my door). The a/c unit was very old and very loud. $25 per day for parking seemed excessive.
