The room was very spacious and clean. Michaela at the front desk was very helpful and promptly assisted me with my concern about our room. Tata, Julie, and Gina were all very attentive to our needs during breakfast.

As a Hilton Honors member, I was given the opportunity to reserve our room a day before check-in. However, on the day of our arrival, our assigned room was changed without prior notice. The lady at the front desk said their supervisor switched our room and did not provide a clear explanation. She just eventually said that the room she is giving us was the last one available. When we finally settled in, I noticed that the room we were given was different from the one I had reserved. I had booked a suite with two double beds, but we were placed in a standard room with one king-sized bed. We were too tired to raise the issue that evening, but upon checking the Booking.com app, I confirmed that our reservation is completely different. The following morning, I spoke with another front desk staff member who was very understanding and promptly adjusted our room rate. I truly appreciate her professionalism and willingness to listen. A big shoutout to Michaela (I hope I spelled your name correctly) for assisting us on October 19 — she was very helpful and attentive to my concerns. Lastly, I’d like to note that the elevator in the property might need maintenance, as it made concerning noises that made it seem like it could break down anytime.

It’s clean and quiet place. Very accessible to everything; from restaurants to stores and etc. The breakfast is healthy.

Free breakfast, it was nice inside, they have board games just incase you need to wait to check in.

The parking was horrible. That’s literally my only complaint, we went out with our group when we came back to the hotel after 10 there was literally ZERO PARKING front and back. They had parking by the dennys/pizza restaurant but you risk getting ur car towed. I did complain to the hotel and they told me to just leave it in the round about drive way.

It was spacious. The location was convenient. It was close to everything and everywhere. The room rate was reasonable. There was free wifi, breakfast and there was a pool, jacuzzi and area for guests to gather.

We didn't have a working toilet for the first two days of our trip. We had to use the lobby bathroom which isn't ideal when the pull out bed with sleeping kids is blocking the door. On our second night in the hotel my kids started screaming they saw a hamster. It was in fact a hamster! I went to the front desk to request someone remove it, after 15 minutes of waiting for someone to remove it my spouse trapped it. I notified 3 people at the front desk about a hamster being in our room. Not one supervisor or manager ever reached out about it. Extremely disappointing. We were traveling w three kids, one is a 6 month old baby. There were ants in his bottle and formula. The pool is very tiny in comparison to the website picture.

I was surprised to see that I was charged for parking. I was not told before hand that there would be a charge.

We chose this property because the pull out is in a separate space from the master bed - very hard to find but great for families. We also chose it because of the pool. On both of these counts we were happy with what we got. Breakfast was pretty good but crazy busy close on Fridays and Saturdays. Food not topped up towards the end of service.

The property is located next to a very busy highway. The rooms in the 30s are very noisy- I could hear the road through air plugs. We moved half way through our stay to the other side and while the road noise was way better there was a very loud vibration noise that ran most of the time. Our first room felt like it hadn’t been well maintained or cleaned - dripping shower head on to a metal tray, broken dishwasher, no dish brush and minimal kitchen items, rubbish left in our bin and a bottle top on the bed.

The first room I was given had not been cleaned yet.The staff quickly switched my room however there was hair in sink in the next room and a slight stain on the sheet that apparently didn't come out in wash.

The staff was very kind and helpful!!

A/C was working, but would get hot then cool down.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great and the included breakfast was good.

The bathroom door - lights up the whole room in the middle of the night. Why put in a glass door in the bathroom?

Our suite was perfect! We will book again for our summer trip. It’s right off the freeway. Shares a parking lot with Dennys. Very close to multiple plaza with shopping and eating and movies.

Room size quite small. No smart tv. Breakfast only till 9 am. Mattresses too soft.
