Hotel charges $150 PLUS tax for pet fee( the highest I ever paid for pet fee), a $15 a day parking fee! .. there’s plenty of parking ( it’s not New York City )

Comfortable room and perfect location f9r our weekend.

The hair product bottles kept falling off the shower wall at early hours (2am). And there were a group of guys talking very loudly below our room til midnight. Security guards would've/should've addressed this.

Beautiful property that was conveniently located. Loved having restaurants and a gas station/store right there. Room was wonderful, hotel was clean and quiet, breakfast was excellent with many healthy choices. Coffee was great and I appreciated the fresh apples and bananas put out every day.

The location was perfect! Not too far from main attractions, and a lot of options for dining close by. The free breakfast and 24 hr beverage service was awesome!

A Pleasant and serviceable choice

I was traveling with my adult son to a family wedding in La Jolla. The sofa bed was larger and more comfortable than what's typically found. The room was well laid out with a small kitchenette. The vanity is separate from the shower and toilet which is a convenience when traveling with another person. The hotel is near a few restaurants and has easy access to main roads.

The sheets that were provided for the sofa bed were too short for the bed so it couldn't be made properly. The breakfast was adequate but generated a great deal of waste as only disposable items were used. The room was clean but the hallway carpets were not.

Property was easy access and great location. Breakfast was awesome, the kids loved it! Mateo was very friendly and helpful.

Cleaning staff removed our towels daily but did not always replace them with the right number. We had to call the front desk every day.

Great bed, good location!

We had a comfortable stay here! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and everything was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered lots of variety.

Our only complaint was that the room could use some updating — there was a hole in the carpet and another in the blanket

Filthy, uncomfortable, would not recommend.

Location was easily accessible to the 15 freeway.

Next to the park and ride with some very strange individuals loitering the premises. The room carpet was FILTHY. My child’s feet, socks and my crawling babies clothes are ruined from dirt and filth stains. The toilet handle was hanging from the back and made a running water sound nonstop. Guests and staff smoke right outside the side entrance door and could smell it from our room. Breakfast was less than great with weird chunky, cold, waxy eggs. The lighting in the room is so dreary and dark. Most of the lights are on a motion sensor and if you take a shower, you end up in the dark most of the time. The mattress was horribly uncomfortable. The sofa sleeper was useless. Has garbage, old food, and filth all over the broken mattress, no thanks.

I would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was good. They had a variety to choose from. So, there was something for everyone. The waffles were the best. Real maple syrup would have been better than the fake stuff. ( I’m from New England) The hotel was convenient to my son’s house. The room was comfortable.

A room farther away from the elevator. People are noisy when waiting for elevator. Not your fault though.

My stay at SpringHill Suites was absolutely amazing. I would definitely stay here again!

The service was outstanding. All front desk staff were super kind and accommodating. Definitely want to give a shout out to Mateo who works in the afternoons. He definitely made me stay pleasant and I would stay here again without a doubt. The rooms were very clean and big. Breakfast had a lot of options and the all day coffee, tea and fresh fruit was great! Pool was clean and jacuzzi although we didn’t use.

Was over charged

My stay was supposed to be $210 for 1 night , I signed and that’s what was on the receipt and when I checked my bank I was charged an extra $200 on top of the $210 I already paid for .

The hotel was in a very good location , everything was within walking distance , the staff were very friendly , specially Mateo at the reception desk , he genuinely was so wonderful , helpful I do appreciate him so much. The breakfast was great , we’ll go back again. Thank you

The charge you for the parking, how can a Hotel exist in America without parking? The Breakfast was barely aceptable. The property has more like Motel 6 atmosphere management does not care about the details or keeping the maintenance on the property.
