    I had no water, to take a shower one day and I was disrupted in my resting because of construction. There were hammers giving to the walls in the room next to mine. When I addressed the manager he was nonprofessional and took personal my request. Plus he attacked me personally. He is an ordinary miserable person who should be close the facility for construction and not to affect customers. He told me in Spanish "descarada" ( without gave because I requested a free day or a credit towards another day. When I left I said you are the one descarado keeping open a place that should be closed. I have recordings of the noise for the construction. He seems like a typical human rights violator and dictator. He forgets that consumers have rights and I will report him to the consumer department, better business bureau and also to the news for his way to violate basic service to a business that has to provide Water and other basic services. They took the microwave out of the rooms and if you want to be happy: Stay away during construction. Cleaning service are nice and I feel sorry for them having the type of boss.

    We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport before our flight home. The hotel was clean, functional and had everything we needed just for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for what we needed.
