About this bed and breakfast
Welcome to the "Mediterranean South Tampa Escape". This is a fully stocked mother-in-law suite attached to a 1,000,000+ home in South Tampa. New construction, with full kitchen, full bathroom. 1 bedroom with queen bed and sofa bed for guests. Beautifully designed with custom double-wide carriage barn doors, granite countertops, fully furnished with perfection and style. The location could not be better. Right off of Kennedy Blvd, close to I-275, close to Howard Ave tons of bars and restaurants.
Absolutely Gorgeous space. You walk into a brand new granite countertop kitchen, with a full stainless steel fridge, microwave, stove. Cable TV, with a large flatscreen and a sound system. Beautifully done bathrooms, new bed set. You have your own off-street private parking with a private entrance, that leads to an above garage suite. Fully furnished to immaculate detail. This is a high-quality, great location listing. Extremely high value for someone looking to explore Tampa for the weekend or even an extended stay. Close to the University of Tampa, Downtown Tampa, I-275. AC Central air. All new. The location is fantastic, you will see what I am talking about when you arrive.
There is a private entrance, you will be given a key code for entry. There is only parking in front of the door on the large driveway. We will send you a picture of the parking space.
There is 1 flight of stairs to access the unit. No loud music after 9:30 pm, please. The owner lives in the main building, so no shenanigans, please. Professionally managed. Please communicate all questions and communication through the App for the best service.
* Pets are not allowed.
- Quiet Hours 9 pm-9 am
- No Smoking inside the home
- Illegal Activity of any kind will not be tolerated
- No Events or parties are permitted
- No unregistered guests permitted on the property
- No Loud guests or disruptive behavior
- EARLY/LATE check-out requests. While we would love to be able to
accommodate all requests, we must ask that you adhere to check-in and check-out times. In most cases, we will have guests staying prior to and after your reservation and we need to give the housekeeping staff ample time to clean and turn over the home : )
-No open flames such as candles or smoking
-If you do not follow check-out time there will be an additional fee: $30.

This is a beautiful property in a very centralized location. Everything you will ever need for a stay is included. The property manager checks in to make sure all your needs are met. No issues, everything worked that was provided and very comfortable. The walk-in shower is to die for!!

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Very nice interior with the location being 10 minute rideshare to all the attractions including stadium, Ybor, Soho, etc. Easy check in with great communication before and during stay. Would definitely stay again.
