The accommodations were as described for the rental. The cookware was new. Dishware new too.
Check in was scary, the agent couldn't find our reservation until I showed her my confirmation. Suddenly, it appeared but not at the Caravelle. We were provided a room at St John's. Inconvenient since we were traveling with family that stayed in the Caravelle Resort on the opposite side of the street. No instruction was given to obtain additional supplies. No phone in room to connect with front desk for those supplies. TV channeling was slow and guess work; no accurate channel guide. The cold water faucette of the tub was stripped and would not turn off; took maintenance 30 minutes to arrive to fix it. Carpet could use a good steam clean or better yet replacement - multiple dark stains. The shade film on the balcony door was torn and flapping loose. Parking was $12 a day. As a guest of the hotel/motel/resort that has the parking spaces, this should be provided free of charge.

The area was nice
We saw a roach , wish there were more pools at this location. Bedding wasn’t comfortable beds were broken and made lots of noise .

Not much , but it was on the beach
The hallways, and balcony’s and rugs were disgusting. No modern amenities like plugs on lamps by bed, etc
