The staff was so sweet and accommodating especially as a single mom with two young daughters they helped in every way they could! Hotel was clean and we were there on a dance convention weekend which is about of little kids and a lot of mess. Only down side is pool staff (not owned by hotel) was rude and elevators are extremely slow but we were on the 3rd floor so opted for the stairs a lot.

My family stays here every time we fly in and out of O'Hare. It has a great walking path around a little lake and is always very clean. The staff has always been very helpful in meeting any request we may have.
