    The check in time is 3pm and we drove 12 hours to get there arrived at 4pm. We were totally exhausted and needed to use bathroom really bad. The front desk staff Melani said the room is not ready at 4:10pm and will take 30 minuets to get our room ready. We asked at least we can use bathroom and she said there's no bathroom to use. What kind of hotels doesn't have bathrooms for the guests? even it's 2 star hotel? So we left walked around the facility for another hour to just give them little more time. We were totally exhaust and came back 5:10pm. She said the room is still not available. We asked why it's not available since check in time is 3pm and she said nothing is guaranteed and it's common sense. Am I missing something here? Check in time is whenever the facility is ready? And that is common sense? She said she just need to wait for the cleaning staffs to return paper work and they haven't come back. We asked approximately when is 'it going to be ready and she said she doesn't have time. It is basic INN / Motel with 4 star hotel price we paid over *** a night. The *** who was there in the morning was really helpful by the way.

    Lovely hotel at a safe, beautiful part of town. Short distance to many attractions. Clean and simple, just what I need as a solo traveler. The owner and staff are all very nice. Highly recommend.

    The location is good, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately the room had a really rough smell which was quite disturbing. I am not sure if it was the cleaning products being used because the room was very tidy and overall looking clean. The air conditioning was also very noisy
