the resort is beautiful and the private beach accessibility is very convenient. The pool is relaxing and during the weekend they have live music which made the atmosphere extra inviting and fun. They have lots of activities, from put-put golf, shuffle board, pickle ball, etc, great for families! We did not try the adults pool because we had our 12-year-old with us, but it looked very relaxing. The formal restaurant was great and service was good. We loved the cafeteria next to the convenience store and the ice-cream store in the convenience store was also great. All the staff was welcoming. The only complaint we had is that the shower did not drain well and we had to stand in a few inches of water while taking a shower, which is not a pleasant experience. Besides that, we loved our stay, we had a great time. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely stay again!!

First negative encounter was the receptionist. First letter of her name is D. She is super unhelpful, more of an angry school teacher vs. a welcomimg hotel receptionist. Room was nice and spacious but building is pretty old. Lots of lizards and eguanas spoiling the pool experience. Beach is awesome though.

Loved this place, the room was fantastic, clean and the shower was awesome! The two main pools are heated and wonderful, the adult pool is where we spent a huge portion of time with a waitress coming by to refill drinks!

The hotel staff was nice we arrived VERY early and they allowed us to check in and found us a room. I still don’t have an invoice so I’m not sure if I paid for it or not? They actually charge to use the umbrellas and chairs for the private beach 👎.
