Staff and guest services were very friendly and helpful.
The upkeep was not very good. There was litter around the property as it was a very busy week, the pool was very heavily used and not very well cleaned. It was clear that housekeeping did not vacuum when turning up the room. The condition of the towels was very poor, rips and stains on many of the swimming towels and bath towels in the rooms. I also think it’s exorbitant to charge $55 per day for parking of a vehicle on top of the room rate.
