Location was great and the staff was very helpful
The facilities are in need of repair and updating. The plumbing is especially poor. I could barely turn the shower on and the toilet took 2-3 flushes each time

The fact that I asked for a balcony.... specified the balcony with view of water not juliette......... got a Juliette balcony overlooking the dirty white roof... I did ask for another room. They put us up few levels which was very nice. .... where are the balconies!!!! You can choose at booking a balcony, or Juliette balcony....

The bed was comfortable. The location was very nice.
The bathroom was a handicapped bathroom. It looked like a hospital facility; it was so austere. I don't understand why this type of room has to be so sterile. People with disabilities like nice things too!!!
I did not ask for this type of room. I could open the curtains because the parking lot is right outside the window.
