    Needed a place to spend the night in Pasadena but didn't want to spend over *** . Found Pasadena Inn, and it worked out perfect. Ideally located in old town Pasadena, and it has free onsite parking. The room is new renovated, clean, but nothing fancy. The staff is super friendly. They are still renovating rooms, so there will be construction noise starting at 8AM.

    Changed hands the day we arrived. Bedsheets were very creased with questionable stains. Looked like an animal had chewed half the furniture away. Mouldy walls and peeling wallpaper. Got given a second room which was only slightly better. Unfortunately no free breakfast which was our decider when booking. Needs a total refurb and deep clean and then it will be a fab place to stay.

    We experienced the best customer service here along with a great deal that we even have to extend our stay for another day. Kudos to the staff for making our stay very pleasant. Godspeed

    Upon check-in, the afternoon manage told me that there was an additional $16 per night plus a security deposit due. The $16 had something to do with unrecoverable expenses not paid by Agoda. I objected, as I'd looked at the listing carefully, and there was only a possible refundable security deposit due. The manager said he'd waive the first night, but I had to pay in the morning or leave. Then he said it was a mistake, and I only owed $12. I contacted Agoda (NOT AN EASY THING TO DO!), and apparently they did get an email to Hotel management advising that they stop. The following morning GreenTree desk manager said they would drop the requirement.
