Excellent Food, Nice Room and hiking trails in the area.
When dining, I found I needed to ask for water for our dog 3 times before it arrived on 2 different occasions.
When we asked to dine outside, we were told there was 15 minute wait, even though most the tables were empty.
When dining with our dog, we were seated in an area restricted to mothers with babies, and pet owners, which was very loud and noisy and never asked if we wished to seat outside.
When at the swimming pool, we were told to seat away from the hot tubs and close to the BBQ pits away from public.

Fabulous location. Much for families/children.
Food was excellent despite limited options. Great linens.
Our room showed wear-time to refurbish. Bed too soft. Toilet paper too thin for such prices.

Huge property, beautiful grounds, lots of activities, kids friendly. Especially enjoyed the gym and laps pool.

We enjoyed the wildlife, flowers, balcony up in the trees, fresh air, family fun, and your incredible artichoke and vegetable risotto in the restaurant.
Housekeeping didn’t clean the room very well. Behind the nightstand on both sides of the bed was waded up Kleenex. It was disgusting.
