Hot meals. Real eggs & real meat.
Juice & water dispenser was not working. No whole wheat bread. No real maple syrup.

The breakfast was great
The room had a little mildew odor. Especially from the dressers.

The on duty manager and general manager was rude and totally unprofessional.

Blackout blinds, bedding comfort and personal anenities.
Carpet smelled horribly of pets & feet! Desk attendant asked our preference of 1st or 2nd floor. We answered NOT BY STAIRS OR ELEVATOR. She proceeded by completely ignoring us and gave us a smelly room next to elevator without saying a word! WHY ASK IF YOU DONT PLAN TO FOLLOW THRU W/COMPLETE INFO????
