The woman working in the breakfast room was Fantastic and I’m embarrassed that I can’t remember her name. Breakfast was fine
I asked the front desk to have my room cleaned and give me fresh towels but it wasn’t done and then I found a cleaning lady on my floor who didn’t speak English but “told” me that my room wasn’t hers. Eventually I managed to get towels!!!
