    First the air conditioner in my room stopped working so they changed the room but the key card didn’t work and the key card making machine didn’t work. You need the key card not only for your room but also for the elevator. That was day 1 and 2. Third day left hotel with key card when we got back card didn’t work. Now I’m laying here at 2:30am and the air conditioner is not working. This is the hottest weekend in DC/MD this year. So I need the air conditioner to work. I still have a few days left before I leave and I’m not sure I can endure this place anymore.
