Unimaginative use of room space, would cause me not to stay again.

It was clean and roomy, good public sitting areas, the lounge provided opportunities for socializing and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good.

Although the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable, it was the biggest waste of space I’ve ever seen in a Hotel room. There was literally no place to put our bags, very little closet space, and there was a bedside table between the two beds but nothing on the outer side to set my things.

A great stopover property in Amarillo, Texas

The room was comfortable and quiet. We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant at the hotel and it was also reasonably priced. Breakfast was typical and fulfilled the need for food to start the day.

The property was a bit confusing as it was conjoined with another hotel within the hotel family. There were 2 different front doors and 2 different front desks but yet providing the same service. It was a tad odd but it didn’t affect our stay in anyway manner.

I like that it was near Dutch Bros and they had a bar. The extra towel and provided soap in the shower was nice. Two tvs in the king suite was magical.

The restroom door could’ve been better, perhaps a sliding glass door. A working ventilation fan in the restroom. A much more comfortable mattress with softer sheets. I paid a high price thinking we’d be sleeping comfortably, we were wrong.

We wound up staying in the double queen, room, but the staff was certainly not accommodating.

It should have been explained that this was a joint property! On March 17, they started to direct Fairfield traffic over to the other Bonvoy building for check in, check out, and breakfast! Plus, we got directed to the opposite back corner to park and go up in an elevator only to walk the entire length of the two hotels to actually find our room! When we got to the room, it was a double queen instead of the king that we reserved. Also, the telephone in the room did not work. So it was an effort to try to notify the staff, which was to no avail, because the lady just did not want to listen.

Good place to stay but management need to stay on top of the small things.

Bottom sheet on the bed was not strapped down with the elastic corners. We had to pull the bed out and remake it. This is not what you want to do after being on the Highway go hours. The breakfast looked great but we didn’t get to eat. No place to sit and so many people we would have had to fight our way to the food and stand to eat it.
