Great other than super bang of garbage dumpster loading at 4am. A deal breaker unfortunately.

Breakfast buffet great. Bailey at evening check in and another desk staff next morning were great

4 am a super loud bang shocked us right outside our room as apparently the garbage dumpster was loaded into Tue garbage truck!!! How can this possibly be allowed to happen, what is management doing!!! Unforgivable, sorry to say.

Great stay in Amarillo

The hotel was so clean and fresh. When you walked down the hall, it smelled really good, not like some hotels that do not smell clean. The only carpet in the room was around the bed when you stepped off which we liked. The balance of the room was tiled. Hate carpet in rooms. We ate dinner in the bar and had a great dinner and drinks. Will stay again.

Nicest hotel ever within our price range

It’s one of our favorite hotels ever stayed in. Very nice all around. Clean. Staff has always been very helpful and personable. It has a restaurant/bar which makes it so nice not having to go out to eat dinner after a long day on the road. Breakfast is an amazing spread of food. We will always book here when passing thru Amarillo

Great place in Amarillo if you need/want the Sheraton Points

The rooms were spacious, and had high ceilings. The parking lot was plowed and salted after a snow storm. Plenty of parking. Close to the highway, so easy on/off. Lots of electric car charging.

Just the one elevator on each side, so the usual chaos with people checking out. One of our party slipped outside on his way across the street, so pedestrian travel was difficult during the storm

Perfect location in comparison to down town, clean facility, friendly employees!

The location was amazing! It was so close to where we needed to be. The facility was clean, I did have a stained wash cloth but I was able to get clean ones.

The house keeping staff was very loud beginning at about 9:30 am, they were yelling to talk to each other down the hall. Check out isn’t until 11 and some people are late risers especially after stoning dance costumes all night.

Very clean rooms; 24hr desk; good highway access; adequate parking; good hot breakfast; quiet room (if not facing highway) or unobjectionable highway noise if facing highway (white noise from the hvac hid the highway noise).

We liked the clean rooms, the comfortable beds, the all around cleanliness of the hotel and breakfast was a good hot meal. Location was good for where we were going the next day

The bridge right next to hotel had several homeless people begging on street corners that made the stay feel a little unsafe. They were gone the next morning. Other than that we didn't have any trouble but i worried a little that our vehicle may have been broken into. I had my golf clubs and other things in the vehicle

I loved everything from the moment I walked into the hotel. The lady who helped me at the front desk was exceptional and very helpful. It was clean and the room had just enough space for me and my family. The bathroom was amazing! The light on the mirror made it even better. The bed was super comfy and I slept well.

The only problem I had was not enough lighting or it wasn't bright enough.
