Holiday Inn Express & Suites White Haven - Poconos by IHG

Location was great for me. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were clean. Temperature control for the A/C worked well!

Note... I was in a handicap accessible room, but I am not handicapped. The drain in the shower was not covered properly and below the floors surface. This was definitely a hazard for someone standing in there, and I stepped into hole, but luckily I didn't hurt myself. Breakfast was mediocre, no scrambled eggs, just some egg white omelets. The omelets and sausage I had were just ok. I had some orange juice that didn't taste good. Don't over think this, just make some scrambled eggs and bacon!!

Property was very clean and no complaints.

I have no issue with this property, looking forward to coming back.

This is a nice hotel, and apparently popular, judging by the number of people staying there. The facilities were well kept and clean. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was quite good, with eggs, sausage, French toast sticks, fruit, oatmeal, milk, and juices. Our room was clean and ready even though we were a bit early. The fridge had a good freezer for my medication ice packs, and the microwave cooked well.

The price for the room was quite high, especially considering it was still off season. And even though we booked well in advance, we got stuck next to the highway and elevator (with an excessively loud beep every time it came to our floor.) There are very few places to eat in the area unless you want to drive quite a long way. That's not part of the hotel, but it reflects on convenience and location.
