Easy to access.
Charging extra for parking. Smell of artificially scented cleaning products upon entry- always a red flag for the appearance of cleanliness when things could be cleaner . Some neglect in terms of housekeeping - a hole in bathroom door, knicks and scratches on room doors that remain unattended to. Sticky floors.

This a very convenient location for me as it is very close to my business. Room was very clean and the breakfast options were awesome. The new coffee maker was excellent too.
Also, the front desk receptionist was very helpful since the hotel(Holiday Inn) lost my reservation from Booking.
My reservation from Booking was lost and even though the receptionist was helpful in re-creating it that person should have let me know what was going on instead of being silent. It made uncomfortable and I was exhausted from a long day at work. Another disappointment was that the light next to the bed was missing its light bulb. Your front desk said that they couldn't help me or give me another light bulb since Maintenance was gone for the day. That was unacceptable!

Room number 123 was horrible, the waste container was outside our window where waste management picked up at 5 am with a loud bang sound, room 123 should be a janitor room ,
