The place was really great! The location was easy to get to and in a nice part of town. Breakfast was more than I expected it was a really nice stay.

breakfast was good and there was also free coffee in the reception all the time.
the room was clean and there was a fridge and tv and a microwave. There was a cracker barrel restaurant next door which was very convenient. The free coffee in reception was a good bonus and the hotel overall was well run and clean.

I originally booked this hotel because it was in the right area and said it had a free shuttle within a 5-mile radius of the hotel. As I wasn't driving this was an essential thing that I needed. When I got to the hotel they told me they didn't have a shuttle at all. It meant I had to arrange a taxi myself for 3 appointments I had, and it was a bit stressful, I was offered the option of cancelling my booking and going to another hotel (with no charge) but i decided to stay and arrange transport myself. This did involve a lot more cost which was not good.

Kept running out of food house keeping came into the room without knocking staff was not pleasant I will not be booking with this hotel again
