Horrible.

Nothing.

It smelt like fresh paint and mold. During the night after we already got our room key & were asleep, the manager came banging on our door with a family who he booked for our room asking us why we were there and said the system didn’t show we paid over A HUNDRED DOLLARS for the room. Was told we would be rescheduling out to for partial refund and never got a call!

The property is poorly maintained,the rooms smelled like mildew and the doors looked like they have all been kicked in,it was dirty,it wasn’t worth the value,it’s wasn’t up to expectations of a candle wood suites

Roaches, room smelled of bad body odor, the electrical plugs were falling out of the wall, the shower valve would not work to take a shower.

It is FILTHY and has a stench that is unbearable especially on the 3rd floor. They have the filthiest carpets with the worst brown stains and the stench of amonia will truly kill Simone one day. It’s dirty. It stinks. It’s bad. I’m sorry

The area

When you walk into the building it smells bad, there is an odor that smells like mold, mildew. The carpet and walls are horrible… The bathroom was not clean and the towels were not clean either.

IHG hotel is not run by corporation.

The location was conveniently located to popular areas.

The hotel is an older hotel that needs a complete remodel. The room smelled like animal urine. Baby roaches got to running when we started cleaning to feel comfortable. We had to wipe everything we were gonna touch. It was not clean. The leather desk chair was disgustingly dirty. We sprayed the beds with disinfectant. Sheets were not white. And rust in the tub.

The room was perfect I think I just should have ordered a handicap room for my significant other because she's disabled

Some of the tenants weren't so clean and it looked like you have water damage on the lower level and one of the exit zones

They changed my room after I expressed concerns.

The first room had rust on all metal, stains all on the furniture, smelled like mildew. I didn't want to touch anything.

Superb

The room was very clean. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional.

The curtains are not made to close completely. Sleeping late in the morning is difficult. We did not find ice supply. Operating the TV was vary difficult. Two remotes hard to figure which one did what.
