Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. I've stayed here numerous times and this was not a typical stay. I wouldn't recommend a room facing the front of the hotel as it was daylight bright and the room darkening curtains were necessary. I'd pick the back side of the building if i could. There was a large truck parked in the lobby pull through all night with people outside being loud and partying. When I left early in the morning (5:30am) they were still there. The partying woke me up several times overnight. Additionally there was a very strong odor coming from the car. I didn't feel safe with all the people outside/standing around. This is not typical for this property. Not sure what was going on this stay.

This property seems to have been renovated (painted). The floor my room was on smelled like mildew, which trailed into my room for the entirety of my stay. Overall appearance was ok, the place could be cleaner. Front desk staff were extremely friendly.

The staff were extremely friendly at every encounter, the lobby had a new updated look, the lobby and breakfast area looked and smelled clean. Breakfast had plenty of fresh options that stayed fresh and stocked for the duration of breakfast hours. The rooms were spacious and had an updated look. We did not like that the hallways in the lodging areas smelled strongly of mildew. We also did not like that it seemed as though the air conditioner turned off when were not in the room. We realize this saves the property on energy costs, but our room was hot stuffy and also smelled of mildew. This needs to be addressed because mold and mildew is a sign of further problem and quite a put-off. However, having said that, we would stay again.

Whenever I am in Pearland/Houston Tx I stay here I literally know the staff my first name and know mine as well, and my daughters! Mr. Charles is so helpful and friendly! Great people and ALWAYS A GREAT STAY!!! I will continue to stay here when I’m in town!😁
