Location!
Pool was closed, my grandsons and husband was very disappointed.My husband and i traveled with my 2 daughters and 2 grandsons. We stayed on the same floor we were in 201 and they were in 208. Also the water pressure in the bathroom was very LOW! Handicap parking isn't the greatest, you leave and come back and you have to park and walk, unless you're let off at the entrance. Other then that, I give you guys a thumbs up!!!!

We had to ask for towels - room was not cleaned or clean towels left after our first night stay. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and apologized for our room not being cleaned.

Very nice hotel staff. Warm greeting. Good breakfast
First room - beeping inside the room. Got moved
Second room-
Smelled very strongly like grape. And there was men's hairs in the sink. Also AC was very loud so we turned it off and slept hot ( felt bad about being asked to move again)
