This was an awful stay unsanitary, disruptive, with staff behavior that was completely unacceptable

Honestly, I can’t point to anything I liked about this stay. From the moment I used the sink and it backed up, everything went downhill. The staff response and overall comfort made it hard to find any positives.

This was an awful stay: the sink clogged the moment I used it and the water got stuck, and when I called the front desk the staff member told me to dip my bare fingers into the nasty standing water and push the silver drain/coil inside to fix it myself, which was disgusting and completely unacceptable. Later around 3–4 AM, another front desk employee entered my room using a keycard without knocking, then backed out and started knocking after already entering, claiming they “couldn’t find my reservation details” which he later “found” using my name, meaning it was their mistake, not mine. On top of all that, the room wasn’t soundproof at all, and I kept hearing constant hallway/entry noise from people going in and out of other rooms, so I couldn’t rest properly.

Perfect clean and modern hotel while visiting Joliet/Romeoville

Needed a place to stay near friends. This was a perfect place with amazing staff. Beds are the best in this sector and room overall very good.

It was a little more expensive than woukld expect at this level. Also I don't like the deposit you have to pay.

Staff lost half of our reservation then just started helping other people. Couldn’t get my other family on the same floor after saying it would be no problem. Staff then tried to kick my other family out as we were walking out for a wedding-their reservation was for one more day. Then no room service.

noise of hallway directly comes into the room. it was very noisy. I stayed at room 100, which is near the back door. I had ear plug luckily. The room is a bit too dark, need one more light stand or one of them should be bigger. Water pressure of shower is not enough, kind of frustrated,

Felt like I was in a super high class hotel!

It was quiet and clean. The staff was very courteous, friendly and accommodating. The little snack area was clean and full. In the morning for breakfast the girl working the mares was so on top of things, keeping hot foods stocked, coffees & milk filled, little messes and spills were constantly cleaned and tables wiped, even the floor messes she had the dry vacuum right away. They made you feel like they appreciate their guests.

It was nice for my coaches to give them a decent place to stay to rest for a gymnastics meet.

Everything was close from parking, to our room, and breakfast.

The cost of food is outrageous. I don’t understand the mark up at hotels mini stores . $5-7 for a bowl of marketplace cereal or mac and cheese is ridiculous. I think the to go salad was almost $15.
