In my opinion, it is the hotel staff that is a huge factor in my perception of the hotel. The staff at this hotel was great. Answered questions and were friendly.
Hotel is cleaner than many hotels. Not perfect, but my standard for cleanliness is rather high.

The bed was comfortable.
It definitely needed some cleaning. We like to pay extra to make sure our hotel is clean. The hallway was littered with people's trash and the elevator needed a good cleaning. There were crumbled chips and the floors looked like they hadn't been kept up.
