The room was clean and housekeeping was very attentive. Breakfast was great, the selection choices were way above standard.

Breakfast was not hot. The food was good but barely warm. We were early, so I don't think the pans had warmed up yet. Flavor was good though. The staff were very nice. Everything was clean. The decor was nice. Plenty of parking.
There could have been at least one medium -soft pillow. All 4 were firm. The toilet paper holder was installed wrong, so one roll fell off right away. Had I been in a wheelchair, it could have been a problem. I took pictures because it struck me as odd that it was a construction issue that had not been fixed.

Clean-
I booked this hotel through booking.com and it said that it should have came with breakfast for 2 people. When I went to front desk and showed them this information they told me "well it didn't transfer over and I'm sorry". I have been on customer service for a long time and that is unfortunately not the customers fault that there was an error that this booking breakfast wasn't transferred over. They should have apologized and accommodated me with 2 vouchers.
