All of the staff were pleasant and great to work with! Check in was flexible and easy. There was plenty of parking. Booking online was easy. Water pressure was good.
The hotel had many things out of service, both treadmills in the gym, 2 of the 3 washers for clothes, and at times also the elevator. The room was dated and showed many signs of neglect. Loose doors on cabinets, torn carpeting, the closet door was missing the piece that keeps it on track. The hot water ran out some days, but was fine other days. There was also a large amount of pet fur on the back of the desk chair. The breakfast had very little options for healthy choices. They were out of many things and said it was due to the delivery truck. The fresh fruit, when they had it, was not always very fresh. The staff are great, but I would not stay again
