I wasn't expecting the amenities that came with the room.
It made me want to stay an extra day just because.
I definitely will be staying Candellwood in Virginia Beach again.

I loved th welcoming environment and the staff. Dontrell was an excellebt guide and on of the nicest young men I have ever met.
The bed was uncomfortable.

The rooms are really dated, need some TLC but we do love staying at Candlewood Suites. All of our stays so far, the staff were so pleasant and went over and above. I would recommend Candlewood Suites, just know that it is not pristine, but it is comfortable.
The room we were in was on the first floor, there were people above us that sounded like they were rearranging the room, jumping and being very loud. This went on until around 12:00 midnight and started up again about 5:30 a.m. Got about 5 and 1/2 hrs of sleep. The front desk was very concerned and apologized.
