It was very clean no smells to it and the room was very comfortable and the bed was comfortable it put me out and the free breakfast was very nice.
Only problem I had with the property in the room that we were the water from the shower did not get hot at all but other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

We liked the size of the room.
The person who checked us in (Tye) had a tone with us that was noticeably different from his tone with other guests in line ahead of us. It was very condescending and dismissive. He couldn't locate our reservation in the system. He continued to ask if we had the correct hotel & with whom did we book the room. When I initially offered to show him my email receipt with my confirmation number & card payment info, he responded that won't help if I can't find your name in the system. This went on for more than 10 minutes before realizing reservations were in my maiden not married name which both were in my email & on my license. We don't have popular names & if/when this happens at other hotels, they locate our reservations using our confirmation number usually in an email. Then match the name on my license to the name on the reservation. We were not offered a bag of snacks & bottle of water like the other guests. Our check in experience as well as interactions with Tye during our 2 night stay were unpleasant & dismissive.
