Staff at check-in were extremely welcoming, and helpful at check-in, as was most of the rest of the hotel staff! Large, spacious, clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed dinner in the main dining room with a nice view of the lake!
Requested a top floor, lake view, room, but was put on the bottom floor, with an ok view of the lake. When I mentioned this to the person at the desk upon check-out, she was uninterested in how our stay was, (as she never asked, didn't even greet us) or the fact that we requested a top floor room, and mubled something to the effect "when you book with a third-party..." !

It's central location is excellent. Just a short drive or a quick shuttle to the ski slopes. Plenty of parking. So much olympic history, the ice rinks are next door. Honestly you can still feel the atmosphere
There isn't a ski lock. They advised to take skis to the room. I left them in the car.

Beautiful setting, the lobby and main dining areas were stunning!
Our room overlooked the pool, it was very loud and the smell of chlorine was overwhelming. We had a young child with us and the pool was busy causing a lot of noise until 10 pm. I wish we would have known there were rooms that overlooked the pool, we would have requested not to be placed there.
