    Well located just two blocks over from bourbon street with all the bars/nightlife you could want. Also a few minutes walk to canal street with streetcars taking you to the garden district. Be aware there will be taxes charged to your card at the end of your stay that are not included in the Agoda price

    I am happy to have chosen yhis location. Staff are friendly. Parking must pay $50 for the day with Valet but it is french quarter and I am happy with that, it makes sense. Love the pool in the hotel. The only missing item is a fitness room, but it is fine though. Happy with my stay.

    We stayed at this hotel during the French Quarter power outage, and the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. While the power outage itself was beyond the hotel's control, their lack of emergency preparedness and guest support was not. The hotel had no backup generator, no air conditioning, no clear communication, and no contingency plan for guests. They did not assist us in finding another hotel or offer any meaningful alternatives. As a result, we were forced to spend the entire night sleeping in our car after paying for a hotel room. To make matters worse, the only compensation offered was a refund of the valet parking and destination fee. We received no refund for the room, no credit for a future stay, and no acknowledgment of the significant inconvenience and discomfort we experienced. Emergencies happen, but how a hotel responds is what matters. This property failed to provide even the most basic level of customer care during a crisis. For a Holiday Inn, this level of organization and guest support is extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend staying here and would not return.
