We ate at the resturant that started with Letter. The server on both days and the food was exceptional

The pool area was great on the Friday but on the Saturday, it was full to bursting which made it a little less fun and slightly more dirty. The staff was working hard though to make sure there were clean towels and clean area. The proximity to Disney Springs is fantastic with great signage. The room was great with a view of the fireworks, which was too much fun. A little dated but very comfortable.
The pool was hard to tell what places were actually taken or where people had just left towels. That's no one's fault and is the problem of pools everywhere.

Shocking pool view, wasn’t in use and full of algae.
To be fair could see lazy river in the distance.
