    We truly have a great stay at this hotel, with friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms that included everything I needed. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, especially the touch-free pancake maker. Overall, it offers excellent value and everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay.👌

    I stayed here Saturday night with my partner, our daughter, and our baby — and unfortunately the experience was nothing like what was advertised. First issue: at check-in we were told a deposit was required, even though the booking site clearly stated no deposit. Not a great start. I also requested a crib at check-in and was told one would be sent up. Once we got to the room, there were cockroaches (plus some mysterious “extra protein” on the floor 😬). When the crib never arrived, I followed up. Instead of a crib, housekeeping showed up with a blanket and suggested I lay my baby on the floor. My infant has ear tubes — and with cockroaches present, that suggestion was completely unacceptable. We were then told they “don’t have cribs,” which directly contradicted what the front desk told us. I had to call my partner down to change the room. The second room (one floor up) didn’t have bugs, but smelled musky and damp. Amenities were also misrepresented. The playground shown in photos has been removed. The pool was dirty and ice-cold (definitely not heated as advertised), so the kids couldn’t even go in. The property itself feels neglected. It’s tucked behind an abandoned building and a self-storage facility. The hallway floors felt unstable and wavy — pushing a stroller felt like riding over water-damaged subfloor. Even the elevator felt sketchy. Overall, this was not a pleasant or family-friendly stay. Between misleading listings, cleanliness issues, and lack of basic accommodations for a baby, I would not recommend this hotel — especially for families
