We had the room 301 which was clean. However, that room was right next to the stairwell and the door didn't have a hydraulic stop on it. So, the entire night and the next morning all we heard was this loud banging. I couldn't sleep! There wasn't any extra pillows or sheets for the pull out couch and it took a few hours to have them delivered, but that's okay because they were busy. The real killer was that damn door that needs to be fixed.

I booked a night here a couple months ago and ended up extending my stay numerous times that week. I've since booked here a couple more trips. I would have liked to extended this trip at the hotel but their prices were insane.

Really disappointed by the hotel condition. For being a Hilton property the facility is pretty beat up. There are a lot of things broken or deteriorated in the room we stayed at and in the common areas. In our room the pillows are so old and uncomfortable that are pretty flat and you don’t get a good night sleep with those pillows. The things in the bathtub like soap dispensers are coming off the walls, the carpet is really stained and old. In the floor corridors the carpet is torn and old. In our room all fixtures and closet are very rusty. The things we liked so far is the morning breakfast, it’s really good. The extensive free parking and the room’s A/C.
In a few words, this hotel needs a major upgrade.
