The best place to stay in Kissimmee! The rooms are great, spacious and clean with all the appliances included. The hotel has 2 outdoor pools and lots of sports activities, including pickleball, tennis, and basketball. You can rent all the sports equipment for free. And finally, the place is very close to Disney and Universal.

I really enjoyed our stay this time around since I was granted a first-floor room!
Proximity to the pool was excellent. Great activities for the kids and a well-lit pool area at night to frolic until closing. Security is on point at night. Now to my pet peeves.
In the past, we just put our trash out in front of the door, and it was picked up by your staff. Now we are supposed to take it to the dumpster ourselves? Another issue I found that the back stairwells to the rooms ARE NOT kept clean. They could use a good cleaning and removal of hornet nests.
