The quality of food, the staff was great, the hotel was quiet and beautiful.
Bathroom didn't have a fan and there were no black out curtains. the sun woke us up at 530am.

Reyna is the best . She will make sure ur stay is awesome. The cleaning personal is professional and very friendly. The front desk will always try to do the best they can to make u feel comfortable. All the personal will make sure all is good. I love this place and will always come back

There was no hot water on my initial arrival on the 16th. I was told it would be working the following day. I tried to take a shower on the morning of the 18th and there was NO hot water. I also could only get cold water from the sink.
