Close to the place I needed to be at. Close to many restaurants. The breakfast! Lots of choices at breakfast.
There was trash in my trash cans I am assuming was from the guest before. There was hair in the sink and on the counter when I walked in. Bathroom not well cleaned.

Emma who checked us into our room was top notch. Our first room had a leak and the residence inn was sold out! Emma went above and beyond to get us into another room! She followed up on our comfort and each day we saw her she asked how our stay was going and if we needed anything! She went above and beyond and we cannot thank her enough!!!!
The washer and dryers were not working and for a two week stay we could of really used them

The hotel had a lot of wrongs and very little rights
A temporary AC unit in the room, no service on the second day after 3 calls, and a nail, which I stepped on, in the carpet, very poor breakfast and the phones did not work.
