Came to town for a family wedding, this hotel was only 10 minutes away from family and it was great.

This location was very nice, the provided breakfast was wonderful, the rooms were super nice, and the kitchenette in the room was an amazing perk. We loved that the hotel also allows dogs, this is an big bonus for us.

I miss tubs, the only shower feature is always a little bit of a downside, but not necessarily a "didn't like".

I had a few issues inside the room itself. A few of my towels were dirty and I choose not to use them. The toilet seat did not fit well on the toilet. I had to call maintenance for that and the wifi.

Great value and room but staff are a little inflexible.

Comfort, easy check in and out, I had been reimbursed a few weeks ago when an event I was supposed to attend was cancelled and although I was past the refund rate, they did it anyway. That’s the reason I stayed this time.

Breakfast ended at 9:30 and I did a 10 mile run returning at 9:38 and was told I was too late even though the doors were still open and some food was still out. A little empathy for us runners would have been nice.

Good location, quick and easy check-in, very clean room, nice lobby area, well maintained hotel facility, nice kitchenette, excellent shower in the bathroom. Plenty of room in the room for our luggage, clothing, and our travel accessories. The USB charger was very handy. Nicely decorated and well laid out room.

Spotty elevator functionality, the room can be noisy in the mornings, very poor ventilation in the bathroom, cold floor tiles in the bathroom and kitchen, TV remote did not work very well, very firm mattress.

Very handy to visit my daughter while she was hav.ing baby.

Breakfast was 0630 to 0930, good time. Nice and cozy inside while very cold outside. Computer available to access airline checking. Nice staff.

Lunch or dinner would have been nice. Used Courtyard by Marriott for dinner and local Cajun style Cafe across the street. Photos from 4th floor looking out in snow. Nothing really that I didn't like.

By far this was the best place for us

We have sampled a number of hotels in the area because of frequent visits to family. This is by far the best facility. We loved the suite which enabled us to bring our own food. The suite was spacious, there were extra towels, it was immaculately clean and the bed linens were crisp, modern, not overbearing; the mattress and pillows cozy. One of the BEST parts is that we could sign into our Netflix account. Most other hotels in the area do not provide for that and we find it very annoying! So good of you all to have that feature.

The only drawback was that I had messaged the property about getting a room with a hand held shower and had received an email stating that the hotel could provide that. I didn't double check at the desk and when we got to our room, it didn't have that. We decided not to switch rooms and it wasn't a deal breaker in any way. Our stay was great and we will choose this facility from now on.

Very clean and decent accommodations. I was there for only a short stay, but they definitely have the amenities for a much longer stay (stove, dishes, fridge and microwave). Overall great for the price.

At around 4 am, I kept hearing a noise. It sounded like someone flipping a light switch off and on repeatedly. I was way too tired to get up and message the front desk. I eventually just turned on the TV. It helped a little, but the sound would stop and start again, until I left (around 6:30am). I was in room 215. Not sure where the sound was coming from, but it sounded like the room above me.

This place was near events we wanted to attend. The kitchenette and breakfast made eating convenient. You offered a reasonable price.

No elevator after the first day. We could hear neighbors from above and beside our room. Some staff didn’t know where to get various needs like a charger. We had trouble finding certain television channels.

Moths!!! I had to kill 5 or 6 moths in my room every day! The windows were closed all the time, so I don't know how they got in, but they were everywhere. I'm not good with bugs, so this was a real challenge for me!

The room is very spacious and clean and the hotel is quiet so it is a great place to work and stay.

There is a buzzing sound that I can't quite identify that occasionally wakes me up but I can usually switch to the other bed and that fixes it.
