They were sold out, you guys took my information and lead me to think I had a room for the night, when I arrived they kindly apologized stating they were sold out & have no room
For me.
Do you know his hard it was to go find a hotel room on Saturday night while exhausted, I ended up at the Holiday Inn Express, next door to the Hilton….. where they had 1 room left for the night and it was for a HANDICAPPED @ $295.00 …….
Is this the Thank You? I get for using your App? . Unbelievable….. and then hours later, you have nerve to send me cancellation late at night after the fact. This is not funny

In a good location .
I have stayed at this property several times with no issues, but this time was different. I pulled back the covers and found hair all over the sheets. Hair all over the bathroom floor. Then the water in the tub won’t drain.
